Adjust Font Size of the Computer
To change the font size on a computer, you can use keyboard shortcuts, or go into your computer's settings
Keyboard shortcuts

Increase font size: Press Ctrl and + on Windows and Linux, or ā and + on Mac

Decrease font size: Press Ctrl and - on Windows and Linux, or ā and - on Mac

Return to default font size: Press Ctrl and 0
Computer settings

Windows: Go to Start > Settings > Accessibility > Text size

Mac OS: Go to your computer's settings and adjust the font size
You can also change the font size in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint:
- Select the text you want to change
- Click the Font Size box on the Home tab
- Type in the size you want
